Elder Dr. Teneshia T. Winder, Ph.D.

Elder Dr. Teneshia T. Winder is a gifted communicator, prophetic voice, and spiritual leader who ministers with passion, wisdom, and practical insight. As Co-Pastor of Logos Fellowship Church, she teaches the Word of God with clarity and relevance, helping believers apply biblical truth to their everyday lives. Her message is grounded in John 8:32—”You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free”—and her ministry reflects that commitment to healing, freedom, and truth.

Dr. Winder holds degrees in Legal Studies (B.S.), Criminal Justice and Forensic Science (M.S.), Christian Counseling (M.A.), and Psychology (Ph.D.). She brings this academic foundation into her calling as both a preacher and a mental health professional, uniquely gifted to minister to the whole person—spirit, soul, and body.

She is the founder of multiple innovative initiatives, including the Winder Ministries Prophetic Dance Network and the Faith-Based Dance for Your Soul Community Dance Therapy Program, which equips youth to strengthen their faith, regulate emotions, and grow in discipline through the art of dance. Dr. Winder also founded Leading Ladies, a mental health support program created specifically for first ladies in ministry, offering them a safe and supportive space to address stress, emotional wellness, and self-care.

A successful author and speaker, she has developed a trauma therapy curriculum and created the “Faith-Based Trauma Clinic,” a one-day clinic focused on equipping individuals to recognize and treat trauma through biblical and clinical tools. She also leads the “Trauma Has No Color” project, which brings people together to heal through therapeutic writing and storytelling.

Dr. Winder co-founded the Logos Biblical Institute alongside her husband, a vocational school of ministry that prepares emerging leaders for work in kingdom service. Together, they also run a thriving private mental health practice and a publishing company that offers free publication services to Christian writers, helping voices of faith go forth with excellence and power.

With a heart fully devoted to the Lord, Dr. Winder sees herself as a vessel through which the message of Christ can reach the nations. Her leadership, vision, and resilience make her an admired voice in both ministry and mental health spaces. She is honored to serve alongside her husband as they raise their children and build a legacy that equips others to live healed, whole, and on mission.
